Introducing TokenFlow: pay-per-token AI you can top up with UPI
September 2, 2026
Most AI tools ask you to commit before you've even started: a monthly subscription, a seat you may not fill, a minimum spend, or a foreign card you may not have. If you're in India or another emerging market, that friction is often the whole reason you never get past the sign-up page.
TokenFlow removes that friction. You top up a prepaid wallet — from as little as ₹50 via UPI or card — and pay only for the tokens you actually use, metered to sub-cent precision. No subscription. No seats. No minimum. When you stop using it, you stop paying.
One wallet, one key, any model
A single TokenFlow key reaches the Claude and GPT families through one consistent
wire format. You don't hold a provider account, you don't import a provider SDK, and you
don't juggle a separate key per model. Send model="auto" and TokenFlow routes each
request to a model that fits — cheaper models for simple prompts, stronger ones when the
task needs it — or pin a specific model yourself whenever you want full control.
That same prepaid wallet powers both products:
- a clean chat app, like a familiar assistant but pay-per-use, and
- a developer API, called from your own code with the
tokenflowSDK.
Top up once; spend across everything.
Priced honestly, logged transparently
Every request is billed the underlying provider's cost plus a flat, transparent 20% margin — and we log both the raw provider cost and what we charged you. Your spend is always auditable, down to fractions of a cent. You never pay for unused quota, and you never wonder where a charge came from.
If a request fails before the model produces its first token, that attempt is free — you're only ever billed for output you actually received.
Built for how India actually pays
We collect locally — UPI, cards, and more over time — and handle paying the AI provider in USD behind the scenes. You think in rupees; we deal with the currency plumbing. That's the core of what makes TokenFlow different: not competing on price in a saturated Western market, but removing the payment friction that keeps great AI out of reach elsewhere.
Try it in two minutes
Sign up with Google or GitHub and you start with a small free credit — no card required — enough to send your first messages and make your first API call. When you're ready, top up with UPI and keep going.
