Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of TokenFlow (“TokenFlow”, “we”, “us”), operated by Prasad Swapnil Gundawar, including our website, chat product, and developer API (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

TokenFlow provides pay-per-use access to third-party AI models through a single prepaid wallet — both a chat interface and a developer API. We route your requests to an AI provider (currently Anthropic and OpenAI) using our own provider accounts and return the response.

2. Eligibility & accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract.
  • You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account and API keys. Keep your keys secret; a lost key must be regenerated, not recovered.

3. Wallet, pricing & payments

  • The Service is prepaid: you add funds to a wallet and usage is deducted per request. There is no subscription and we never auto-charge you.
  • Balances are held in US dollars. Top-ups via Razorpay are charged in Indian rupees at the prevailing exchange rate; the wallet is credited with the corresponding USD amount.
  • Where applicable, GST is charged in addition to the amount added to your wallet and shown to you before payment.
  • Per-request cost is metered from token usage at the model’s published rate plus our margin. A minimum top-up amount applies.
  • Funds in your wallet do not expire.

4. Refunds & cancellation

Because usage is metered and consumed in real time, amounts already spent on completed requests are non-refundable. You may stop using the Service at any time. Requests for a refund of an unused wallet balance, or of a top-up made in error, will be considered on a case-by-case basis and, where approved, returned to the original payment method via Razorpay. To request a refund, email support@tokenflow.co.in. Nothing here limits rights you may have under applicable consumer law.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • violate any law or the usage policies of the underlying AI providers;
  • generate or distribute unlawful, harmful, infringing, or abusive content, or attempt to circumvent safety measures;
  • disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the Service or other users’ data;
  • resell or redistribute the Service in a way that violates these Terms.

We apply rate limits and may suspend activity that threatens the Service or other users.

6. AI output — no warranty

AI-generated output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or offensive, and does not constitute professional advice (legal, medical, financial, or otherwise). You are responsible for evaluating output before relying on it.

7. Availability & “as is”

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and availability may depend on third-party providers.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TokenFlow will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim, or your then-current wallet balance.

9. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, to protect the Service or other users, or as required by law. You may close your account at any time; sections that by their nature should survive termination will do so.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms or our pricing. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date, and continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Maharashtra will have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have.
